As this is not a file service, there is no way to directly request a file to be added or tuned.
However, when you search for something as a signed in user and nothing is found, this information is logged and aggregated.
Try simply searching for what you need in the search box. This increases the chances of the file being added to the website, if of course available. The best is to use the Mfgr. ID.
I stopped all calibration work in 2020 due to focusing on logger development full time. The files provided here are from the time before that. Newer files than 2020 will most likely never be made available.
